London Writer James Woolf Interviews Carolyn Bennett

London (England, not Ontario) writer James Woolf interviews CB about Please Stand By. Mr. Woolf is a thoughtful chap who is publishing a year long series called “Seven Writers, Seven Novels”. SWSN follows seven writers as they journey on the road to publication.

CB and Please Stand By are featured this month.

Please Stand By is Number 4!

My novel Please Stand By had a “pre-launch” in Edmonton at Audreys Bookstore on September 29, 2019.

I suppose “pre-launch” means a limited release of the book before the publisher’s official release date. The event was well attended. Apparently, the novel is number 4 on the Edmonton fiction bestsellers list for September 29, 2019:

Please Stand By is number 4. The Testaments is number 5.

I can testify that coffee and cookies were served at the pre-launch. I can also testify that my brother ate most of them.

The Toronto launch is TBD. It is not TD. I bank at Scotia.

The official release of the book is October 15, 2019. Get your motor running.

Thank you for your continued patience and tolerance.
